ABOUT US

Built to Outperform Engineered to Endure

Hardy Rifle was founded in 2006 by Dan Hardy, a Weapons Engineer serving in the New Zealand Army. What began as a deep understanding of firearms and a drive to improve them has grown into a respected manufacturing company — producing some of the most innovative, precise, and reliable rifles in the world.

After leaving the military in 2007, Dan devoted himself fully to Hardy's. In 2017 Kaytie joined the business on the factory floor before stepping into her role as General Manager. She leads operations with passion, professionalism, and vision. Together, they’ve helped shape Hardy’s direction and growth.

But the true strength of Hardy lies in its people. Our team of engineers, gunsmiths, and machinists share a common goal: to build rifles that deliver uncompromising performance. It’s their skill, pride, and commitment that ensure every Hardy rifle stands for precision, reliability, and excellence — both today and for the future. NO COMPROMISE.

We don’t build for speed — we build for consistency, longevity, and absolute precision. Every rifle is made to perform flawlessly in demanding conditions, delivering repeatable, dependable results when it matters most.

Held to a Higher Standard

The Hardy Difference

Hardy rifles are the result of discipline, deep expertise, and a refusal to accept “good enough.”

We build for those who value performance that’s earned not just claimed.

If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
